Go to the checkout that took your payment. BuyGoods issued the order number, holds the record and talks to the warehouse, so they are the only ones who can track a parcel, correct an address, cancel before dispatch or issue a refund. The support link is inside your confirmation email.

The product, the label or this site
Write to the address below. Questions about the formula, an individual ingredient, the daily routine, the guarantee terms, or a correction to something published here all belong at this address, and a person answers inside two working days.
What this site can help with
- Explaining anything printed on the bottle, including exactly what a proprietary blend withholds.
- Pointing you at the evidence behind a specific ingredient, and saying plainly where there is not much of it.
- Walking through how the sixty day guarantee works before you buy.
- Publishing your review, positive or otherwise, with your surname shortened.
- Fixing any error on these pages.
What it cannot do
- See your order. None of it reaches us.
- Issue a refund. Only the checkout holds the payment record.
- Give medical advice. Whether this suits your medication and your history is a question for a pharmacist or doctor.
- Change the price or the packs, which are set at the checkout.
Reporting a side effect
Tell the seller, and if the reaction was serious report it to the FDA through MedWatch as well. A message to a website alone does not reach the register that counts.
How long a reply takes
Two working days is the target and most messages are dealt with sooner. If four days go by with nothing back, the message went astray or landed in a junk folder somewhere, so send it again rather than assuming it was ignored.
Sending us your own review
Reviews are welcome whether they are positive, negative or completely uneventful, and the uneventful ones are the hardest to find and the most useful. What makes one worth reading is the detail: how long you have taken it, whether you missed days, what you noticed or did not, and anything else that changed in your life at the same time.
Nothing is published without your say-so. Surnames are shortened, email addresses never appear, and nothing is edited to sound more positive than you wrote it.
